The hotel rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained by a very friendly staff. The reception personnel is welcoming and extremely helpful. Upon arriving late afternoon during the week, the desk clerk noticed that my booking was scheduled to start only the next day. They immediately arranged for me to stay in a room without having to move to another one later. The hotel features a rooftop pool and a fitness room, a restaurant, and a bar. The location is excellent, situated not far from the 16th Street Mall and just a few minutes on foot from Union Station. This makes it an ideal choice if you're coming to the city via the airport shuttle.

We arrived a little earlier than check in so the staff allowed us to have a key to be able to park our car and walk around downtown while we waited. The king bed was very comfortable, felt very safe in our room and when returning later at night, our room was very nice with big windows, and the location was great! We were able to walk to a Rockies game one night. Anything we wanted to do was 10-20 minutes away.

Our room was stunning and very comfortable and we were blown away with the amenities including the pool, on-site restaurants, and gift shop! We were even offered an upgraded room at no extra cost and I can't say enough good things about the king-sized bed and huge shower. We felt very relaxed throughout our entire stay.
